This is the definitive guide to Community Development workers in the county and will enable anyone to find the Community Development worker most able to help them. It will also enable Community Development workers to signpost to other workers or agencies easily as well as improve networking.
The Who's Who Guide is a fully searchable database, enabling searches on various categories including first name, last name, geographical area of work, postcode, organisation name and over 80 work type categories. Individual Community Development workers are able to create an account accessible by password, in which they can create their own profile and update it as necessary. This will ensure that the guide is always up to date.
Having the Who's Who online, means it is available 24/7, it will be continuously updated, it will reduce the carbon footprint through much lower use of resources (paper, printing, travel etc.) and it will reduce Herefordshire Council's costs.
