Eardisley Community Access Point
The Eardisley Community Access Point (CAP) opened for business on Monday 7th May. We have the computers, the printers and even the high speed BT broadband link, and it's all working!
To get the Eardisley CAP off to a flying start we are opening the CAP DROP IN CENTRE in the Reading Room every Monday evening 7.30pm - 9.30pm and every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2.30pm - 5.00pm. Do drop in if you would like help and advice or would like to use the equipment, access the internet, email someone, print an A3 poster or just have a look at what we have done to the Reading Room.
Meanwhile we are also busy organising Silver Surfers beginners training so if you would like to know what this entails please contact Ethel Grigg on 01544 327560.
Have you heard the rumour that Eardisley may be getting an Internet Café….?!! More news next month but meanwhile do keep an eye on the notice boards just in case the cinema equipment arrives before the Offa Tree …. we need a clever title for cinema in Eardisley and someone else has got 'flicks in the sticks' …. got any ideas?
