Monday 10.00 to 12.00 Internet Café
Drop in internet access using the Village Centre’s laptops. Charge of £1 per hour or part of an hour to cover the cost of the broadband connection. Charges for printing etc.
Help available for everyone, and beginners welcome. Currently part of the BBC First Click campaign which covers basic use of the computer and functions such as word processing, as well as access to the internet, email etc.
Use of own laptop connected to the wireless network if preferred.
Thursday 09.30 to 12.00 Genealogy
Run periodically by Brian Rollings. A guide to how to research your family history with detailed knowledge of where to access family data. Ring Brian for details 01885 490557
Digital Photography – courses run perodically if sufficient demand.
Equipment available: laptops, projector, screen, speakers, video camera, colour printers, scanner. Some equipment available for hire.
