Fit 4 Life is a 30 hour course, running every Thursday for 6 weeks. The course is for people who might wish to volunteer or work with children in the future, and focuses on promoting healthy lifestyles for children of primary school age. The course also has a strong element of personal development in order to help with confidence building and motivation in the learners. |
